PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorization, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Delivery address:

We give authority to leave for all our parcels with our courier service. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel. If a business address is provided, our courier company require the business' name. Should no one be present at delivery, the parcel will be left at the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, One of a Kin is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

Returns Policy :

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for 5 to 7 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging in which they were received.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Return shipping charges are as follows:
• UAE: Free returns
• UK: £10 return fee per order
• International (excluding UK): AED 30 return fee per order

Please note that any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges paid at the time of purchase or delivery are non-refundable.

How do I return my item when I purchased in internationally?

Please process your return here. Once our team has approved the return:

- Pack the items and include the shipping label (that will be generated for you automatically) within the parcel.

- Call and coordinate with your local DHL to ship the items back to us.
