We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
Delivery address:
We give authority to leave for all our parcels with our courier service. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel. If a business address is provided, our courier company require the business' name. Should no one be present at delivery, the parcel will be left at the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, One of a Kin is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

What is your return policy?
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the original bag they were shipped and packed in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. International returns will be subject to 30 AED charge. Please process your free return here:
EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and place a new order.

Returns are completely free within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return my item when I purchased in internationally?
Please process your return here. Once our team has approved the return:
- Pack the items and include the shipping label (that will be generated for you automatically) within the parcel.
- Call and coordinate with your local DHL to ship the items back to us.
